Pokémon Champions starts a new ranked season and Battle Pass
Champions’ Season M-7 runs through November 4 UTC, with a new Battle Pass and previous-season rewards now available.
Before we dive in
Pokémon Champions is a game focused on Pokémon battles. Players build teams and compete with other players; team selection and the rules of each competition shape which Pokémon they can use.
Ranked seasons run for a limited period and organize competitive play. A Battle Pass is a separate reward progression system that can offer items and cosmetics; it should not be confused with the ranked ladder itself.
The update
Champions has opened its next ranked season alongside a new Battle Pass. The season continues the existing battle rules, while the pass adds a fresh selection of rewards.
Season M-7 is live through November 4 at 01:59 UTC. It continues Regulation M-B, the rules used since early September, with currently available Pokémon and Mega Evolved Pokémon eligible.
The Battle Pass includes poses, Jacinthe’s bag from Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Mega Stones for Baxcalibur and Mega Absol Z, and gifts involving those Pokémon and Cinderace. Mega Stones are items associated with temporarily transforming certain Pokémon into their Mega forms.
Rewards for participation in Season M-6 are also available. Check the previous season’s rewards and the new pass in-game; the source update does not specify every tier or which rewards require payment.
