Delta Reign preview events start October 24 with four promo cards
Masquerain, Magmortar, Enamorus, and Kommo-o get alternate artwork for prerelease promotions.
Before we dive in
A Pokémon TCG prerelease is a store event held before a new expansion’s general release. Players get a first chance to try the new cards in a smaller event format.
A promotional card is a special release outside the normal set distribution. Alternate artwork means the picture differs from another version; it does not automatically mean a stronger card.
The update
Delta Reign has a store-event window before its retail launch, and four Pokémon are getting the promotional-card treatment.
Prereleases are scheduled for October 24–November 1, ahead of the November 6 release. The revealed promo Pokémon are Masquerain, Magmortar, Enamorus, and Kommo-o.
All four are new alternate-art versions of cards in the expansion. Local schedules, entry prices, and available places should be checked with the participating store; the announcement does not promise every visitor all four cards.
