Pokémon Masters EX adds a new Lysandre and Chi-Yu story event
Masters EX’s second Treasures of Ruin story event follows Lysandre meeting Chi-Yu and is available into the end of October.
Before we dive in
Pokémon Masters EX is a mobile game built around Pokémon Trainers and their partner Pokémon. Players form teams of these pairs and take on battles and story content.
A story event is a limited-time set of narrative chapters and related activities. It differs from a permanent addition to the main story, so its availability window matters if you want to play it.
The update
A new chapter in the Treasures of Ruin event series is now available in Masters EX. This installment follows Lysandre and Chi-Yu, adding a focused story for players to explore.
The event is the second installment in the Treasures of Ruin arc. Its story centers on Lysandre meeting Chi-Yu.
Serebii lists the event through November 1, 2026. Bulbagarden specifies an end time of October 31 at 10:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, which falls on November 1 in UTC.
This update announces a story event rather than a new standalone game. Check the event screen for its available stages and requirements before planning your team.
