Pokémon card skateboards arrive October 17—with mystery designs
Santa Cruz’s October 17 collection puts Pokémon card artwork on mystery skateboard decks, with three limited chase designs.

Before we dive in
The Pokémon Trading Card Game is a physical card game, but its artwork also appears on collectible merchandise. This collaboration uses card designs on skateboard decks rather than releasing new playable cards.
A deck is the board itself; a complete skateboard also needs hardware and wheels. A blind bag hides its design until opening, so buying one is different from choosing a pictured board.
The update
Santa Cruz is bringing the booster-pack surprise to skateboard decks. The new Pokémon collection launches October 17, alongside clothing inspired by the trading card game.
The range includes 30 card designs. Each mystery deck measures 8 by 31.6 inches and can be used for skating once assembled.
Three additional chase designs feature card collages with gold-foil effects. Each is limited to 500 worldwide; that does not establish the odds of finding one.
Hats, tees, and sweaters are also planned. An official retail price has not been announced, so treat pricing estimates as estimates.
