Pokémon Sleep’s Growth Week boosts helper experience and research candy
Pokémon Sleep’s October 12–19 Growth Week gives helpers 1.5× Sleep EXP and increases candy from the first daily sleep research by the same multiplier.

Before we dive in
Pokémon Sleep turns recorded sleep into research and progress for your Pokémon team. Helpers gain experience, while candy supports raising particular Pokémon; those resources are different from catching a new visitor.
Growth Week increases those regular progression rewards. It is a training opportunity rather than a promise of a new Pokémon debut, so existing team members can benefit from the event.
The update
Previously announced Growth Week begins Monday. Your helper team gets extra progress from the usual sleep routine, with a couple of limits worth knowing.
The event runs October 12 at 4:00 a.m. until October 19 at 3:59 a.m. across all areas. Helpers receive 1.5× Sleep EXP, and candy earned from the first research of each day is multiplied by 1.5. The candy boost excludes second sessions.
Bonuses depend on when sleep was tracked, not when you later review it. Growth Incense stacks with the experience bonus for a total 3× multiplier. Where overlapping events offer the same bonus type, the larger applies; the multipliers do not simply add together.
