Before we dive in

Pokémon Sleep uses sleep tracking to bring Pokémon to a campsite. Helper Pokémon collect berries and ingredients, and meals increase Snorlax’s Strength, which supports the week’s research progress.

The Sleep Style Dex records different sleeping poses. Reaching a Dex goal can unlock progression benefits; ingredient specialists focus on gathering cooking supplies.

The update

Sleep’s next cooking update gives ingredient teams something new to prepare for. Snackable Nuts arrive November 15, alongside new dishes and November meal events.

A new Sleep Style Dex goal becomes available November 8 at 19:00 UTC. Players with 570 registered styles can use it to increase cooking-pot capacity. Snackable Nuts become available November 15 and are used in three new dishes.

Meal Prep Week Vol. 1 runs November 9–16 and boosts ingredients needed for the new recipes. Bountiful Banquet Week follows November 16–23, when ingredient-specialist Pokémon will gather Snackable Nuts.

A separate October 22 update changes Mew’s appearance schedule: it will stop appearing for New Moon Day and begin appearing for Good Sleep Day. That change happens before the November ingredient rollout.
